Balsamic Avocado Bowls

Move over, avocado toast! These bowls are wonderful for picnics a cookout, or match day. Vinegar and goat cheese is one of my favourite combinations for salads. It is just too tasty!

I used a little smoke to add some flavor. If you do not have the smoke, you could always skip without heating it it then add the cheese. Then you can create this recipe hotter with chili flakes or Sriracha, if you like things spicy.

These are easy to create with minimal prep time. If making for later, ensure you cover them with plastic wrap to ensure the avocado does not become brown.
